  • Manage day-to-day operations of the email marketing platform SaaS, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth deployment and release of software updates and features
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, including product management, customer support, and sales
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize operational efficiency, including automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software operations management, SaaS operations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, including best practices, industry trends, and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, highly available SaaS platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with AWS, Linux, and SQL databases is preferred
